What is Anshar Images?

Anshar Images is a premium stock photography agency owned by Andrei Omelianchuk, a fine art photographer specializing in city and landscape photography. We offer high-quality, royalty-free images for professional use.

What is "stock photography"?

Stock photography is photography that is intended to be used for either commercial or editorial purposes such as advertisements, books, articles, websites, social media, blogs, product packaging, wall art and many more.

What does "royalty-free" mean?

Pay once, and the license has no end date (see When a license ends in our License Agreement). Royalty-free means you pay a one-time license fee and can use the photo for multiple projects without additional payments or geographical restrictions.

How do I buy photos?

Browse our collection, select a photo and choose your license (Standard or Extended). Then press Buy now, or add the photo to your cart and check out. You do not need an account to buy. With an account, you can keep your favorites. Orders that you place with a verified account stay in that account. To use a coupon, you need an account with a verified email address.

What file formats and sizes do I get?

Every license includes the original full-size JPEG file, typically 4000+ pixels on the longest side. The photo page shows its exact size in pixels before you buy. The file is good for both web and print.

How do I download my purchased photos?

After payment, the thank-you page has a Download button for each photo. We also email you an order confirmation with a link to your files. The link works for 7 days. After that, use Lost your link? to get a new one. If you bought with a verified account, your photos are also on your Downloads page. You can download them again later, as long as the downloads of their order are available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Link). All payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Your card details go only to Stripe or PayPal. We keep some payment details with your order, such as your email address and country. Our Privacy Policy lists them. Learn more about our secure payment process.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Your payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal using bank-level security. You enter your card details on the Stripe or PayPal page, not on our website. We do not keep any card details. All transactions use SSL encryption and fraud protection.

How quickly do I get my photos after payment?

Instantly! When your payment is confirmed, the thank-you page shows your Download buttons, and we email you a link to your files. If you bought with a verified account, your photos are also in your account. No waiting - available 24/7.

What currencies do you support?

We support USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY and CNY. You can choose your currency on any photo page or in your cart. Each currency has its own fixed price, so prices do not change with exchange rates.

Which license should I choose?

Standard license ($29) covers unlimited digital use, print up to 500,000 copies, outdoor advertising under 500,000 impressions, and film, video and TV with a budget up to USD 10,000.
Extended license ($99) adds wall art, merchandise for sale and templates for sale, and removes the limits on print, outdoor advertising and budget.
Both licenses include the original full-size file and AI training.

Do I need to credit the photographer?

No, attribution is not required for any license type. However, we always appreciate credit when possible (© Andrei Omelianchuk / Anshar Images).

Can I modify or edit the photos?

Yes, you can edit, crop, adjust colors, and modify photos for your projects. You cannot alter Editorial Use photos in ways that change their meaning.

Can I get a refund?

You can withdraw from an order within the withdrawal period, and we refund the full price. The withdrawal period is usually 21 days after your payment. It is longer for an older order, from before our checkout told you about this right. It is also longer if we did not send you an order confirmation email, if we sent it late, or if it did not tell you about this right. If it told you, it gives the last day. Downloading your files does not end this right. If a file has a technical fault, please contact us. We always handle faulty files, also after a download. Can I use photos for client work?

Yes, you can create designs and projects for clients using our photos. However, the license stays with you - you cannot transfer the license itself to clients.

Can I use photos for AI training or machine learning?

Yes. Both Standard and Extended include AI and machine-learning training. This covers only the photographer's copyright, not the rights of people, trademarks or buildings shown in a photo. See the AI training section of our License Agreement.

Can I re-download purchased photos?

Yes! Your order confirmation email has a link to the files of your order. The link works for 7 days. After that, use Lost your link?: type the email of your order, and we send you a new link. If you bought with a verified account, your photos also stay on your Downloads page. You can download them again as long as the downloads of their order are available. We stop the downloads of an order after a withdrawal, after a full refund, or after a payment dispute that ends in your favour. We may also stop them while a refund, a payment dispute or a chargeback is open, or after a payment reversal. We may restore them after we check the case. If you delete your account, the email link and Lost your link? still work for your orders. Stopped downloads alone do not end your license. Our License Agreement says when a license ends (see When a license ends).

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot Your Password?" and follow the instructions. You'll receive a password reset link via email.

What resolution are the photos?

All photos are high-resolution (typically 4000+ pixels on the longest side) and suitable for both web and large-format printing.
