Get your photos immediately after payment:

• A Download button for each photo on the thank-you page
• A link to your files in your order confirmation email
• Your photos also on your Downloads page, if you bought with a verified account
• Available 24/7 - no waiting

Your Purchases

• Email link - your order confirmation email has a link to the files of your order. The link works for 7 days. After that, use Lost your link? to get a new one.
• Your account - if you bought with a verified account, your photos stay on your Downloads page.
• Unlimited re-downloads - download as many times as needed, through the email link, a new link from Lost your link?, or your account.
• No time limit - download your photos again years later, while the downloads of the order are available. Use the email link, a new link from Lost your link?, or your account. We stop the downloads of an order after a withdrawal, after a full refund, or after a payment dispute that ends in your favour. We may also stop them while a refund, a payment dispute or a chargeback is open, or after a payment reversal. We may restore them after we check the case. Stopped downloads alone do not end your license (see When a license ends).
• Purchase history - orders that you place with a verified account are in one place.
• A license with every photo - Standard or Extended, as you choose. See our License Agreement for usage rights. Photos marked Editorial Use Only follow the editorial rules in the License Agreement.

Right of withdrawal

The period: The withdrawal period ends 21 days after the day you paid, at the end of that day, Sofia time (Bulgaria). If we sent you the order confirmation email on a later day, the 21 days count from the day we sent it. That email tells you about the right of withdrawal and gives the last day. For an older order, from before our checkout told you about this right, the period ends 12 months and 21 days after your payment, at the end of that day, Sofia time. The same is true if we sent you no order confirmation email that tells you about this right, or sent it more than 12 months after your payment.

Downloads: Downloading your files does not end your right to withdraw. You can withdraw from the whole order until the withdrawal period ends.

How to withdraw: Use Withdraw from contract here. You can also write to us at andro@ansharimages.com, for example with the model withdrawal form below. You do not need to give a reason.

After a withdrawal: We refund the full price without delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We use the payment method you paid with. If we have already refunded part of the price, we refund only the rest. After a withdrawal, you can no longer download the files, and you may not use them.
